HELLO NICE NEIGHBOUR
De Werkplek, together with TechNoord and Buurman Amsterdam, are busy building a new location at Hulstweg 11 – a place for working, creating and meeting.
We hope to create a pleasant, inspiring environment here where not only our members feel at home, but where neighbors and neighbors also feel welcome. We want to be a good neighbor, with space for meeting, cooperation and spontaneous ideas.
Whether it is a cozy drink, a workshop, an expo or a movie night - we regularly organize accessible events where everyone is welcome. This way we get to know each other better and hopefully a nice exchange of knowledge, creativity and neighborhood arises.

OPENING PARTY JUNE 6 - from 4pm
On Friday 6 June from 16:00 we will officially open our doors. We will celebrate this with a nice drink, a vegetarian BBQ and music. Everyone from the neighbourhood is welcome! So come by to take a look, have a drink, get to know each other and taste the atmosphere. Feel free to bring friends, family or neighbours.

Want to work among people for a while?
We now have over 100 members: a diverse mix of creatives, freelancers, makers, and thinkers. Many of them eventually found working from home a bit lonely or impractical and now come to the Werkplek one or two days a week. They get to be among people, in a pleasant and inspiring environment where work is done, but there's also room for meeting and collaborating.
